“We will go by night, when the shadow

of the whole earth comes together,

by night, when the road

smells of rosemary and sedge,

we will go by night, by night,

we will go without moon, without moon,

for in order to find the fountain

only our thirst can light the way.”

-Luis Rosales

This concert embraces the experience of wandering in the night, exploring the emotional journey of loss, despair and regeneration. The program follows the arduous path of learning to dance circles in the night. Each piece stumbles upon, leaps, or eases into the darkness, led by thirst which lights the way.
